The FORA Connect 21 glucose sensor helps you keep an eye on your blood glucose for up to 21 days, without having to prick your finger all the time. The sensor is applied once to the back of the upper arm and measures automatically. The values appear in the app on your smartphone.

Ideal for people with diabetes or anyone who wants to follow their values for longer and more conveniently.

What the sensor offers

Measure for 21 days – one sensor lasts three weeks, so you change it less often
No routine finger pricking – the sensor measures in the fluid under the skin, with no constant calibration needed. It is ready to use after about 15 minutes
Values directly in the app – current glucose values, trends and overviews (e.g. Time in Range) on your smartphone. Data can be shared or exported as a report if needed
Water-protected (IP58) – showering, bathing and swimming are possible
Small and discreet – sits discreetly on the upper arm
Everything included – sensor with applicator, adhesive patch, alcohol wipe and quick guide

The values come from the interstitial fluid and may be slightly delayed.
