Keep your health in view, in style: the Purple Set brings the FORA 6 Connect in lilac-lavender to your home. Everything you need to get started is already included: lancing device, lancets and test strips for blood glucose, ketones, total cholesterol and uric acid. With the 3-in-1 test strip, blood glucose is measured; hematocrit and hemoglobin are calculated by the device.

A meter that fits your everyday life

Between family, work and household, there is often little time left for your own health, and sometimes for the health of the people close to you. The FORA 6 Connect keeps testing simple: a small drop of blood, a few seconds, an easy-to-read result. And because it looks so lovely in lilac-lavender, it doesn't end up in a drawer but stays where you need it.

Fast, with little blood: the blood glucose strip needs only 0.5 µL of blood, and the result appears after 5 seconds.
Easy to read: large LCD display with bright backlight, even in the evening or at night.
Everything on your smartphone: transfer your results wirelessly by Bluetooth to a smartphone or computer and use them with the iFORA app.
Keeps the overview: the device automatically stores up to 1000 results. You can mark each measurement: general (GEN), before a meal (AC), after a meal (PC) or control solution (QC).
Simple every day: it switches on when you insert a test strip and switches itself off when idle. The eject button removes the used strip without contact with blood.
Protected against water (IP58).
More than blood glucose: with the matching test strips you can also measure ketones, total cholesterol and uric acid. Hematocrit and hemoglobin are not measured additionally; the device calculates them from the blood glucose result.

Tested measurement accuracy (blood glucose)

The blood glucose measurement of the Fora 6 Connect complies with EN ISO 15197:2015. In a clinical study by the Institute for Diabetes Technology (University of Ulm), around 99% of blood glucose values were within the permitted deviation from the laboratory reference. The standard requires 95%. This statement applies to blood glucose, not to the calculated hematocrit and hemoglobin values.
